Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes, we do. Stay connected to what’s going on at home or in the office with our high-speed Internet access. Wi-Fi is offered on a complimentary basis for Marriott Bonvoy members. To connect to our Wi-Fi:

Step 1: Ensure that your device is Wi-Fi ready
Step 2: Select your wireless adapter and connect to the “Marriott_Guest” network
Step 3: Open your Internet browser and select “Connect to the Internet” on the Marriott welcome page
Step 4: Enter room number and name or Internet Access Code (Name must match reservation)
Step 5: Choose the Internet package you prefer
Step 6: Accept Terms and Conditions

Is there parking at The Dorian?

While there is no self-parking available on-site, we do offer 24-hour valet parking for a daily fee of 45 CAD. In and out fees apply. Parking can also be found off-site, next to the hotel with an hourly fee of 10 CAD, a daily fee of 28 CAD, and a 5 CAD fee for evenings and weekends. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We honor Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.

Do you have a fitness center?

Yes! Our fitness center is located on the lobby level, and is open 24/7. Towels are provided. State-of-the-art equipment includes cardio machines, free weights, weight resistance machines, treadmills, and Peloton bikes.

Is there laundry service?

Dry cleaning is available 7 days a week. Please provide Reception with your dry cleaning and completed request form by 8:30 a.m. Your laundered clothing will be returned by 5 p.m. on the same day. For services on Saturday and Sunday, there will be a premium charge of 30 CAD.

Does your hotel offer business services?

Yes. Mail or packages sent to the hotel will be delivered to your guest room. We can also send mail from Reception. Small overnight packages can be sent from the Business Center. We also offer fax services.

Is The Dorian pet-friendly?

Yes! We gladly welcome pets at our hotel. However, we do not allow more than one medium-size dog weighing up to 60 pounds or two small dogs weighing up to 30 pounds per room. We also require a one-time non-refundable $75 pet cleaning fee charged to your guest room.

What is the smoking policy at The Dorian?

Marriott is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment.
Smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings themselves. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. A $300 recovery fee per incident will be charged for smoking in your guest room and applied to your guest folio.

What additional amenities does your hotel offer?

We have ATMs on the 1st floor and 2nd floor at the Courtyard. We don’t have ice machines, but we can happily deliver ice to your room (please contact Reception.)

What services does The Dorian have for individuals with disabilities?

Accessible guest rooms and wheelchairs are available at The Dorian. We offer smoke detectors for the hearing impaired upon request. TDD/TTY is also available and can be installed upon request.
